Read the enclosed material very carefully, including the eligibility conditions, and proceed as suggested.
Application deadline
Your application should reach CHP no later than September 23, 2011.
Application procedure
Consult your study abroad office whether you should apply through your school or directly with CHP. Should you have any more question, contact us on info@chp.cz.
Fill out the enclosed application forms on your computer. Be sure to enroll only for courses offered in Spring 2012. Print the filled out forms and mail them by express mail to the following address:

Include your current transcript and a copy of your passport data page as part of the application.
Eligibility conditions
Applicants must be in good academic standing and normally have completed at least two semesters of coursework at the time of application, preferably with overall GPA of 3.0. Preference would be given to candidates who have completed university or college level course work with European content. Exceptions to these criteria are considered on a case by case basis. There is no language prerequisite for the study at CHP.
